Valleo Residential deploys multiple vendors, third-party companies, and software to assist us in making your experience renting or buying, as easy and seamless as possible. If you would like to know more about how to become a vendor with a Valleo Residential Community, please read and review the below information and qualification requirements we need prior to working with you!
To work with us at Valleo Residential, we need a few things from you and your company:
We need a copy of a valid w-9
Insurance is needed for any vendor that will be performing any labor
Bill on a net-30 basis
Proper and Current licensing for vendors that provide services that require it (electrical, HVAC, EPA, Operator permits, etc)
This information is crucial to setting your company up as a verified MobileHOME Rentals vendor in our system. If you are interested in working with us, send us an email with your information and the requested documentation to maintenance@valleo-residential.com .
All invoices must include the following information:
Property/Entity/Department Name
Property/Entity/Department Ship-to/Service Address
Pproperty/Entity/Department Code (optional)
Vendor Name & Remittance Address
Purchase order (PO)number*
*We require a Purchase Order number be on every invoice in order to process a payment. No work should be performed by your company without a Purchase Order number being received in advance from your purchasing contact at Valleo Residential. Your invoice will not be processed without the Purchase Order number being noted on the invoice.
